Q: Do you ship internationally?

Q: What does the Australian 5-Star Health Rating mean?

A: Essentially, the more stars the more healthier! 

The Health Star Rating system is one tool to assist you in following a healthy diet and make healthier choices. People should not eat a greater proportion of certain food products or eat larger portions of these products, just because they have stars. A high star rating also doesn’t necessarily mean the product: provides for a complete and balanced diet; should replace other healthy foods; can be eaten often or in large quantities.

Q: Will these products help with weight loss?

A: A lot of our customers find that our products help them feel fuller for longer because of the high protein and fibre content. However, our products are not technically a meal replacement or sole source of nutrition. Weight loss is all about being in a calorie deficit. So if you find yourself having too many bubble teas (which are full of sugar and calories) or other high calorie snacks, our products will definitely help you hit those cravings and keep on top of those calories.

 

Q: Can the protein milk tea shakes we taken as a meal replacement?

A: Our protein milk teas are designed to be more of a supplement rather than a complete meal replacement. Having said that, many customers have said that the protein and fibre does keep them fuller for longer. 


Q: Are your products suitable for breastfeeding/ when pregnant?

A: Yes our products are okay if you're pregnant or breastfeeding. There is a small amount of caffeine from the black tea ingredient. Some women are mindful about the daily intake of caffeine when breastfeeding, but a small amount won't do any harm. Make sure you consult your health professional if unsure. 

 

Q: What if I am dissatisfied with a product i have opened?

A: We understand that not all flavors will suit every individual persons palette so if you are not happy with a product you have tried, we will happily offer you a full credit for the purchase price if we are contacted within thirty days (30) of the purchase. Depending on the claim, we may require evidence of the defect. 

 

Q: What if I want to return a  product?

A: We will happily provide a refund for any products returned to us if you have changed your mind or if you ordered incorrectly. A $12 return shipping fee will apply if you would like us to arrange a return shipping label, alternatively you can pay for a return postage to us yourself (non-refundable). Once received and so long as the product is unused and in it's original packaging, we will arrange a full refund to you.
