DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
50g mixed with 60mL of water and microwaved on high for 40-50 seconds

Firstly- mug cakes are less of a cake and more of a pudding, given they're essentially steamed. If you're ok with that then this mug cake is actually quite good. Good matcha flavour- strong, which I like and not too sweet. If you're expecting a sponge type cake or actual cake, then this is not for you.
This smelled promising. That’s where the pleasantness kind of ended though. The texture is a little spongey, which I can imagine would annoy people. But the taste is what bothered me. It smells sweet and matcha and yummy but tastes quite bitter. It was actually hard to both chew and swallow.
Easy to make, filling desert! Love having it to **** my afternoon sweet cravings
Take 3 times until I successfully make one. Good snack.
