Oat Flour (100% Oats), Whey Protein Concentrate (Whey Protein Concentrate, Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin)), Milk Protein Isolate (Micellar Casein), Organic Matcha Powder (8%), Inulin, Baking Powder, Natural Flavour, Guar Gum, Natural Sweetener (Stevia).
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
50g mixed with 60mL of water and microwaved on high for 40-50 seconds
This smelled promising. That’s where the pleasantness kind of ended though. The texture is a little spongey, which I can imagine would annoy people. But the taste is what bothered me. It smells sweet and matcha and yummy but tastes quite bitter. It was actually hard to both chew and swallow.
Easy to make, filling desert! Love having it to **** my afternoon sweet cravings

So let me start off by saying that I love all the milk tea powders, but unfortunately, the mug cake was a BIG let down. I followed the instructions exactly but the end consistency was always a wet, dense, mixture. I tried to heat it up for an extra minute in the microwave but that did absolutely nothing. The taste was bland and bitter - the total opposite to the matcha milk tea powder (which I am a big fan of) - and had a strong stevia aftertaste.
It tastes great!
